1 Building a questionnaire

11 question/field types: single-line text, paragraph text, number, radio buttons (single choice), checkboxes (multiple choice), dropdown select, date picker, time picker, star rating (2–10 stars), file upload, and image upload.
Up to 50 questions per questionnaire, each holding one or more fields.
Choice-type questions support up to 20 answer options each, with optional pre-selected defaults.
Mark any field as required — enforced both in the browser and on the server when a response is submitted.
Input validation — text fields can require a valid email address or a custom regex pattern (with your own error message); number fields can be limited to a min/max range. Enforced both in the browser and on the server.
Reorder questions and fields with simple up/down controls.
Progressive disclosure: a question can be set to stay hidden until the previous one has been answered.
Built-in rich-text editor for the intro page, the thank-you page, and each question's description — supports headings, bold/italic/underline, colours, highlighting, lists, block quotes, links, inline images, emoji, and a raw HTML view.
Live preview that updates instantly and renders with the exact same engine respondents will see.

Output mode: Webpage, Print, or PDF — each with its own layout behaviour.
For webpage output, choose the respondent layout: all questions on one scrolling page, or one question at a time with Back/Next navigation and a progress indicator.
Paper size for print/PDF output: A4, Letter, Legal, or A5.

Optional password protection for the published questionnaire.
Optional opening and closing date/time window, with an automatic "not open yet" / "closed" message outside that window.
Save as a draft, or publish to generate a unique, shareable public link.
Publish screen includes a copy-link button, a downloadable QR code, and the same social-sharing buttons as the thank-you page.

Every questionnaire shows a small watermark to respondents until its owner has unused response capacity.
Buy a one-time response packet to remove it: 100 (€9), 250 (€19), 500 (€29), 1,000 (€49), or 2,500 (€99) responses.
Purchased responses never expire and count against actual submissions across all of your questionnaires combined — no recurring subscription.
The watermark disappears the moment a purchase completes, and reappears automatically once purchased responses run out; buy another packet any time from the Billing page.
Billing page shows your current balance and full purchase history. Payments processed securely via Stripe Checkout.

Clean, single-page scrolling form: cover page → table of contents → questions → submit → thank-you page. Or, when the one-question-at-a-time layout is chosen, a paginated form that reveals one question per step.
Required fields are validated as the respondent fills the form, and again on submission.

Metrics shown: completion rate, drop-off funnel, average time to complete, a responses-over-time timeline, and a chart per question.

Every submitted response shown as an individual card with timestamp and every answer, formatted per field type (star ratings, file downloads, selected options, etc.).
Live statistics panel with the same completion-rate, drop-off, timing and per-question charts as the kiosk dashboard, auto-refreshing every 5 seconds with a "new responses available" banner.
Optional email notification sent to the questionnaire owner as soon as a new response is submitted, with a direct link to view it.

Export all responses to CSV or Excel (.xlsx), one row per response and one column per question, with human-readable answers.
Includes response ID and submission timestamp.

Multi-user — each user only sees and manages their own questionnaires.
Sign-up with live username-availability checking.
Email verification required before an account can be used, followed by setting a password (minimum 8 characters).
Secure, session-based login and logout.
Sign-up rate limiting (max 5 attempts per hour per IP address) to deter abuse.
